I have had the good fortune of meeting and speaking with many of you. That has been wonderful.
This has been a difficult but rewarding journey. Great strides have been made to protect consumers with Am-way having to radically change its business model in the UK and it appears that many of those protections will be rolling out in other markets now.

 Author Eric Scheibeler I am not a person who “tried” Amway and failed but rather someone who built the business with great passion and enthusiasm to the coveted Founder’s Emerald level. After nearly a decade of recruiting many good, honorable people into “the business”, including my own father, I made disturbing discoveries.

How much did it cost, short term it cost me around $2500.00 however most of that was system cost. In the long term, It cost me two years in which I could have done something more productive. I learned some lessons from being in the business, mostly to have some confidence in myself, but that was already there, otherwise I may still be in the business trying to finding it.
My ten-year experience with Amway/Quixtar is a nightmarish memory. I have no idea how much money I lost, but I do know that at the point of my “divorce” from my ex-wife and Quixtar, $12,000 worth of unopened cassettes with my name and phone number on them were found in a dumpster [...]
